About us
Powered by The Waiter Button.
Room Butler isn’t a first attempt at hospitality. Since 2013 we’ve been putting call buttons on tables, sunbeds and cabanas for hotels, resorts and beach clubs around the world, which is where we learned what really happens between a guest wanting something and getting it.

Where Room Butler comes from
A button brings someone to the guest. That was half the job.
Years of call buttons showed us what happens after the button is pressed, and where the spend leaks away. None of it was a staffing problem. It was a distance problem.
- 01The order that never gets placedA guest on a sunbed wants a second drink and nobody is passing. The button fixed the waving; it couldn’t put the menu in their hand.
- 02The phone call nobody wants to makeRinging reception for one plate feels like an imposition, so room service stays a last resort and the guest goes out instead.
- 03Two walks for every orderOne trip to take the order, one to bring it. On a long pool deck that’s most of a shift, spent walking.
The other half
So we put the menu where the guest already is.
Room Butler is the digital half of the same idea. The guest scans a code in their room, on their sunbed or at their table, orders from your menu in their own language, and the order reaches the right team with its location already on it. One walk, not two, and nobody has to be flagged down first.
