Whatever the property sells through Room Butler stays with the property. Every plan starts with 30 days free and no card. Each plan covers one property; for a brand running several, we put together a cluster agreement across all of them. Talk to us about your group.

What could it add for your property?

Every property is different, so use your own numbers, including how much you expect orders to grow.

Before you commit

Run it on one outlet and judge it yourself.

Start with the pool bar, or one floor of rooms. Thirty days on your own menu at your own prices, with the numbers at the end showing what was ordered, from where, and at what hour. If it doesn’t earn its fee, it stops, and there’s nothing to uninstall.

Questions

The ones managers always ask.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

You get the full product on your own menu and locations for 30 days, with no card up front and no setup fee. If it hasn’t paid for itself by the end, it stops. There’s nothing to uninstall.

Are there any fees beyond the monthly price?

No. No setup fee, no commission on orders, no per-seat charge and no charge per QR code.

Does it connect to our PMS or POS?

It runs alongside them rather than inside them, so there’s no integration project. Room-charge orders are clearly marked on the ticket, and your team posts them to the folio the way they do today.

How do guests pay?

Charge to the room or cash on delivery. You choose which to offer. Card payment inside the guest app isn’t available yet.

Do guests have to download an app?

No. Scanning the QR code opens the menu straight in their phone’s browser, with no app store, no account and no Wi-Fi login. It works on your Wi-Fi or their own data.

What hardware do we need?

None. Guests use their own phones, and your team uses any phone, tablet or computer with a browser.

Which languages can guests order in?

English, Russian, Chinese, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Thai, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian. The guest app opens in English by default and switches automatically to the guest’s own language when it’s one you offer, and guests can change it with one tap. One-click AI translation of the menu, which you can then edit line by line, comes with the Resort plan and above.

Which currency do guests see?

Yours. Prices always show in the property’s own currency, whatever country the guest’s phone is set to, and service hours and reports run on your local time.

Who builds the menu?

You do, and that’s the point. The admin console is made for your team, so items, prices, photos, availability and translations change in seconds without a ticket to us. If you’d rather not start from a blank page, email us your current menu and we’ll walk you through it.

What about allergies and modifiers?

Every item carries allergen tags, choice groups and add-ons, plus a free-text note that travels with the order. It’s the same information a server would take, only nothing is forgotten.

How is guest data handled?

Guests don’t create accounts and don’t have to give a name or contact details to order. Each hotel’s data is kept apart, staff see only what their role allows, and we use only essential cookies.

How is the room count measured, and can we change tier?

By the number of rooms, sunbeds and tables you give codes to, not by how many guests order. Move up or down a tier from the billing page whenever the property changes.

We run several properties. How does that work?

Each plan covers one property. For a brand or group running several, we put together a cluster agreement across all of them. Email contact@thewaiterbutton.com and tell us about the group.

30 days on your own menu.

No card, no setup fee and nothing to install. If you’d rather have a hand, email us and we’ll set it up with you: your zones, your codes, your first menu section.
